I thought I’d take some time to jot down a few changes that were implemented in myScoop for February 2010. I have received numerous requests on a number of matters regarding the changes that have taken place on the aggregator. The information below may be able to help you understand what has changed and at the same time give you a clearer idea of how things in myScoop land work.
myScoop gets a facelift
Get your blog reviewed and review other blogs using myScoop
One of the latest additions to the new features that I’m rolling out on a constant basis is the ability to get your blog reviewed, as well as review other blogs using myScoop. While trying to create a “blogging community”, I’m constantly looking for ways for bloggers to interact with each other and I believe that a reviewing process may help this along somewhat.
Get notified of new articles from the blogs you follow on myScoop
In an attempt to increase the functionality and referral amounts of myScoop, and to create somewhat of a community for bloggers to increase interactivity amongst different blogs, I have just finished coding and installing a new module for myScoop that sends users a notification email on new articles from the blogs that they have followed on myScoop.
